Services

Cost-effective, high-impact fractional services and 7 Stages of Growth™ programs designed for small businesses ready to grow with intention.

What the Status Quo Is Actually Costing You

Every month a founder is handling work that should be delegated, decisions aren't being made at the right level, and a leadership team is operating without clear accountability — those things have a real price. It just doesn't show up as a line item.

A seasoned COO with the experience to move the needle in your organization commands $150,000–$250,000 per year in salary alone — before benefits or the risk of a bad hire. SCI's fractional engagements deliver that same level of senior executive capability at a fraction of that cost, with no long-term commitment and a satisfaction guarantee on every month of the engagement.

For most companies, the math isn't whether they can afford a fractional COO. It's whether they can afford to keep running without one.

The Cost Comparison

Full-Time Seasoned COO
$150K–$250K / year
Salary only — plus benefits, equity, and hiring risk
SCI Fractional Engagement
Less than one month's salary
For most companies, a fractional engagement costs less than one month of a full-time COO's salary — delivering the same senior-level impact with no long-term commitment and a satisfaction guarantee.

One-Day Program Stand-Alone or Add-On

7 Stages of Growth Profit Zone Training

CEOs bear all the weight of ensuring profitability and cash flow. Profit Zone Training enlists the entire workforce in taking initiative to grow revenue, manage costs, and ensure both profitability and cash flow for growth.

The financial literacy problem: An employee who doesn't understand how their daily work impacts the company's ability to make and keep money is flying blind. Pleadings from a CEO to "watch what you spend" or "stay on top of your billable hours" will fall on deaf ears—not because employees don't care, but because they haven't been taught. Profit Zone Training changes that.

What Participants Learn

  • Key concepts: cash flow, revenue, cost
  • The 9 activities that generate profit
  • How each person's role connects to profitability
  • A diagnostic tool oriented on profitability projects
  • Up to 5 projects to improve financial standing (over 6–12 months)

Program Features

  • Train-the-Trainer — leadership team learns to cascade training to the entire org
  • Crawl / Walk / Run approach builds org-wide buy-in
  • Creates employee ownership of financial health
  • Can stand alone or complement the X-Ray
  • In EOS companies, projects can become Rocks

EOS Integrators Ongoing Coaching

Integrator / Leadership Mentoring

New Integrators are often in their first leadership position, their first EOS implementation, or both. SCI's Integrator mentoring helps them quickly gain the skills and perspective needed for their new roles.

By observing Level 10 meetings and 1:1 sessions, and following up with individualized feedback in weekly sessions, SCI ensures that your Integrator is comfortable working at the strategic level required—while building a self-managing organization that isn't dependent on the Visionary or the Integrator for daily operations.

Also available for COOs, Presidents, and other leadership team members stepping into expanded roles. The goal is to accelerate their development and reduce the common "first year" mistakes that cost organizations time, money, and talent.

Advisory Services

Running a company as its Founder or CEO is often a lonely role. While systems, processes, and tools can help offload work, the responsibility of leadership falls squarely on your shoulders.

I've spent more than 25 years inside organizations at every stage of growth — as an operator, not a consultant — which means I'm rarely seeing a problem for the first time. In an Advisory role, I provide a key sounding board for the Founder or CEO—smoothing rough edges and proactively resolving issues before they grow.

Flexible engagement

🏛️ Board Leadership

My experience as an Integrator, Product Manager, Operations leader, and Growth Curve Specialist provides a unique perspective on strategic management and growing a business through all seven stages.

I help companies optimize where they are and plan for where they want to be—bringing an outside board member's objectivity combined with the operating depth of someone who has actually run these organizations.

Strategic & operational

Built for the Exact Challenges PE Acquisitions Face

When you acquire a small business, you inherit a specific set of challenges that demand immediate attention: a company built around a founder or a few key individuals, operational processes that haven't been tested under pressure, and the need to service debt while building toward a profitable exit — often without the cash to bring on a full executive team to do it.

I've been inside these organizations when it mattered most. Two examples:

When a PE-owned company's London office lost its Operations Director and began losing customers, Kyle was sent in to hold it together. In six months he stabilized the operation, retained the customer base, and built the operational and technical foundation that ultimately cut costs by 42% and enabled 300% customer growth — with no new headcount. Read the full story →

When a critical customer contract threatened to unravel a $750M investment, Kyle was tapped to take personal ownership of the recovery. The project was corrected. The investment proceeded.

These are the scenarios PE owners plan for and hope never happen. When they do happen, you need someone who can step in, take ownership, and build an organization that doesn't depend on any single person to function — including themselves. That's what SCI delivers.

What SCI Builds for PE Acquisitions

Reduce Key-Person Risk
A self-managing leadership team that survives personnel changes and doesn't depend on any single individual.
Operational Systems That Scale
Processes and infrastructure built to grow customers and revenue without proportional headcount increases.
Revenue & Margin Improvement
Focused execution on the initiatives that grow top-line revenue and improve margin to fund debt service and growth.
Exit-Ready Organization
A business built for transferability — not dependent on a founder, structured to command a premium at exit.
